New Beginnings Annual Appeal

Dear Families and Friends,

It is that time again, Hands in for our Annual Appeal. Last year we found ten waiting children their forever families — seven of these children have Down syndrome or need major medical care. Finding waiting children homes is done thought the Beyond the Placement Program. The program provides Grants to families to reduce the cost of adopting. In 2016, Beyond the Placement provided over $30,000 in Grants to families adopting a waiting child.

This was done by coming together in support of the Beyond the Placement Program. Join us again to help bring waiting children home.

Your support also helps us provide ‘search services’ to Adult Adoptees. Helping these young men and women explore their personal history and heritage is a vital service. Part of the funds raised through in Beyond the Placement Program goes to support their searches.

If you would prefer, you can make your donation to Support Our Mission. New Beginnings was founded in 1985. Our first generations of children placed are now adults, many with families of their own. Their adoption stories are woven into their family’s heritage. With your support, we look forward to the next generation of children to be placed.

If you would like to make a donation, you can do so on-line, or send a check to New Beginnings, 87 Mineola Blvd., Mineola, NY 11501. We welcome you to tell your family and friends about NB’s good work and ask them to consider making a donation as well.

Let’s put Hands in. Together we will find homes for the hardest to place children and help our adult adoptees find the missing pieces. NB is the hardest working adoption agency there is and we need your support. Your donation will make a world of difference for our adoptive community we serve.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your family, and being a part of ours. All of us at New Beginnings are hoping that you and your family have a Peaceful and Joyous Holiday Season.

With Kindest Regards,

Timothy Sutfin
Executive Director
